PERSONAL TRAINING

The foundation of your relationship with your personal coach begins and grows with your personal training sessions. Coaching begins with the fundamentals program where you develop competence in the movements and become fit enough to safely join group classes. Using physical benchmarks and regular check-ins, you and your coach will set your fitness goals, monitor your progress and grow your skill set. You will also learn about nutrition, mobility and injury prevention and their importance.

CROSSFIT GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit is the core strength and conditioning program in our community. Once you are competent in the foundational movements, you begin group classes. Classes are instructor led and focus on continuous improvement in all of the fitness domains. Together, we compete with ourselves (and each other) to push our fitness goals and skills higher. Here you will reach new physical levels and find a new social and support network.

SPECIALITY PROGRAMS

Our mandate is to strive for constant improvement; this is the purpose of our specialty programs. These programs are for those looking for additional services that are beyond the scope of the regular group classes.
